James Ian over at Black Scorpion sent along some delightful pics of model D.O., who is appearing on the cover of this month's Genre Magazine. The hunky guy is currently shooting photos for a book titled "The Different Sides of DO." The handsome young man is being photographed by 20 different photographers, and, says Ian, "It's interesting to see how each photographer sees D.O." Of course, in all I have seen thus far, you can tell by the look in his eyes that he wants me. But I digresss. The book should be out in time for Christmas gift-giving, with all the proceeds going to HIV awareness. A music video for one of the shoots will also be
released. D.O. will be making his directorial debut in the very first movie from Black Scorpion's Black Rat line "Sex Session." The Black Rat movies will be "less story, more sex," says Ian, and that can only be a good thing. Look for a new Black Rat movie once a month, and Black Scopion's latest big budget movie "Sex Hiker" should be out next month. Pics courtesy Rick Day and Genre Magazine.

Former gay porn performer/producer/director Jamie Hendrix is back, and has shot his first film in 8 years. "Friendly Force" is its name, and he has found a real cutie in newbie Chad Clovis (lright). But more on him in sec. The plot of "Friendly Force," because that is why we watch these, is about a corrupt police force. True fiction, uh-huh. The film also features Kevin Cavalli, formerly with Cockyboys, Brody Newport, Park Wiley and Logan Robbins. And Chad. The 24 year-old is from Roswell, and perhaps an alien. He has a P.E. degree, is currently studying for a Masters in Business, and has done some website work in Phoenix, and is now the star of his very first movie. Jamie tells me that he's still in talks with distributors, and promises "a lot of surprises" in upcoming movies. You can read more about what Jamie says about "Friendly Force," his philosophies, and his return to the industry here, and checkout his new and improved site.

Yet another new gay division has hit the screen - this time it's Devilboyz, an "edgy" division of HellHouse. Their first release is "Latter Day Sinners," about some missionaries who explore each other in "new and unimagined ways" after they're warned to stay away from women for a weekend. Yeah, could happen. Pure Play's CEO says their new gay division is an extension of their already-darkly erotic titles. Hell House exec Ty Gonty, commenting on the controversial nature of the subject matter, said that "when it comes to sexual expression, we believe personal satisfaction supersedes politics." "Latter Day Sinners" is directed by a team of Seattle directors known as the "Alias Regime," not that anyone we know would ever use an alias, and the movie stars Cole Parker, Rico Sparxx. Jeremy Butler and Ethan Evans, none of those names, "aliases," I'm sure. Look for it on the PurePlay website now, and you can contact them via email for more info.
