Salute to the New Colt Studio's "Reload"
A Conversation with Lane Fuller
Lane is back, and looking fine, tho not like the "Lane Fuller" of his Falcon days.  But there's a ltttle bit of Falcon at the new Colt, with Lane''s friend John Rutherford at the helm.

Mark:  How different is it working for Colt than with Falcon?
Lane: Not much different at all.
M:  Did you sign a contract with Colt?
L:  No I didn't.
M:  Would you?  They might be reading this.
L:  Would I? I sure would.
M:  What did you think about John (Rutherford) talking over at Colt?
L:   I think it's great - I was excited when I heard about it.
M:  You took off around three years from making movies.  Why?
L:   I needed a break.  I had a boyfriend.  I just kind of did it, and all of a sudden, it was three years.  I  got the urge to come back.  I look a little different now, and I thought it would be fun.
M:  Your look is different - did you do anything special to make the change?
L:  Not really - I guess I just grew up.  I really didn't do anything different. I let the hair on my chest grow out.
M:  So do you like not having to shave everyday?
L:   Yeah, I do.
M:   While you were gone, did you keep up with industry gossip?
L:   Yes, I did.  Really, not much has changed - as far as I know, it's all the same people.
M:   What about your taste in men - has that changed?
L:   It sure has.  Maybe that's why I changed. I used to be into the shaved-chest look, now I like hariy chests, and masculine-type guys. I like Colt back then, too. I always thougt they were so hot.  That's why I jumped at the chance to do this movie.  It's like real sex with real guys.
M:  Is there anything you haven't done in a movie that you'd like to do?
L:    I'd like to top a little bit.
M:  Is that something you enjoy doing?
L:   Yeah.  Like maybe with Marcus Iron.
M:  Can we talk about your relationship with Kevin Williams? What happened?
L:   I think we just grew apart.  We were together 3 1/2 years.  We're still friends.  I saw him last weekend.
M:  How is he doing?
L:   Great - he's going to South Africa for a year. He has a job there.
M:   Will you be going to visit him?
L:    That'd be cool, but I don't know.
M:   Are you in a relationship now?
L:    I had one for several months, but not now.  He was not in the industry.
M:   Do you think it's rough having a relationship with someone who's not in the porn industry?
L:   Sometimes I think it would be easier.
M:   You're not the jealous type?
L:    Yeah, a little bit, but I think they'd understand you a little more if they're in the business.
M:   Are you looking for anyone special now?
L:   I think I'm still kind of hung up on the last one.
M:   Do you want him to know that?
L:    I think he knows it.
M:  Anyone you'd particularly like to work with?
M:  I'd like to work again with Tom Chase. Especially now that he's got a hairy chest. He'd be fun to do  a movie with. There are some really hot guys out there, but I can't think of their names right now.
M:   Are you going to be doing more Colt movies?
L:    I sure hope so.

    A Conversation with Marcus Iron
Hard to believe that Marcus Iron has been in this business for eight years.  Like Lane Fuller, he did a lot of work for Falcon, and "Reload" is his first for Colt Studio.
Mark:  I understand you lived in New England for a while.
Marcus:  Yes - my partner and I lived in Provincetown for a couple of years.
M::   Full time?  Not much goes on in the winter.
Marcus:  It was kind of crazy. It's like a morgue in the winter.
M:   How many years have you been doing porn?
Marcus:  Eight years now. I enjoy it.  I don't do a lot, maybe two or three movies a year.  It's a fun hobby.
M:   Where are you from originally.
Marcus:  Montana.  It's an exciting place, all right.  I left at 16 for college.  I lived in Boston for a year, and did bicycle tours all over this country and in Europe.  It was a great way to see a lot of places in a fun way, and stay in shape.
M:    How did you get into porn?
Marcus:  It was a natural fit.  I'm a really sexual guy with few hangups. A friend of mine hooked me up, and that was that.  My first one was for Hot House called "Splashdown," it was sort of an alien-invasion porn.  Brian Mills directed it.
M:   He's come a long way since that one.
Marcus:   I stayed with Falcon for the longest time, til John (Rutherford) moved over to Colt.  I like working with John. I think Colt is a great fit for John.  He lets guys be guys.
M:  You haven't changed much since you first started.
Marcus:  I have,  I've gotten older.  I take care of myself.  Actually, I could probably use about six months of hard labor.  I try to stay active wheher I'm hitting the gym or not.
M:  What's your favorite movie?
Marcus:  That's a tough one.  My favorite scene was the first scene I did with Alex LeMonde for "Reload." That was really  hot - we finiished the whole thing in about 35 minutes.  I think that's a world record.
M:   Could be.
Marcus:  The second scene, a group scene, was a close second.  I was really into the guys I was with, so it was easy.
M:   Did you get to pick the guys you played with in Falcon films?
Marcus:  More often, they would pair us up.  I'm pretty easy going as far as who I work with - obvioulsy, some guys I'm into and some I'm not. If I'm not into the guy, I try to give it my best shot anyway.
M:  So to speak. You sound so easy-going that nothing is going to bother you anyway.
Marcus:  Yeah, that's kinda me. California's definitely taken hold of my attitude.
M:  How do you think the industry has changed over the years?
Marcus:  I think the biggest change overall is that there are more guys willing and able to do porn.  The studios used to work hard to recruit, now guys a clammoring to do it. It's more accepted now.
M:  Any guys in particular you'd like to work with?
Marcus:  Everybody I worked with, we got along well.  It will be interesting to see who John signs on in the next year or two.  He's got a good eye.
M: What do you do in your real life?
Marcus:  I'm a garden designer.
M:  In a relationship?
Marcus:  I was in a relationship for five years.  We broke up about two years ago, but we're still really close. He's not in the business.
M:  No interest in it?
Marcus:  He showed up on a couple of sets to help out off screen.  Chi Chi begged him several times to work on-screen, but it just wasn't his thing.
M:  More work coming up with Colt?
Marcus:  Well, it's up to John, but hopefully.  I'm making myself available.

Both of these guys can be seen in Colt Studio's "Reload" and you can view more of them at www.ColtStudio.com
